Confidentiality

All levels of the BIOCert organization, including commissions, institutions and individuals contracted with regard to certification activities maintain confidentiality regarding operator/client related information obtained during the certification process.

Information about the operator/client obtained from sources other than the client (eg from the complainant or from regulators) should be treated as confidential.

BIOCert regulates confidentiality procedures in the following documents:
