The Use of Organic Compliance Labeling
The Organic logo is the ORGANIK INDONESIA logo/COR Logo/EU Logo found on the packaging of organic products certified by BIOCert. The organic mark is needed to provide market confidence regarding organic products in circulation. Every product that passes BIOCert certification can use the organic name, logo, and mark in accordance with the certification service scheme carried out. Basic regulatory information regarding the provisions for the use of the organic conformity mark is needed to prevent misuse and misinterpretation of the organic conformity mark. The following are the provisions for the use of the organic mark determined by BIOCert based on applicable standards and laws.

Use of the mark by unauthorized parties, for example, use of the mark on non-certified products.

Send a letter of warning and request clarification regarding the violation to the operator in question, requesting the withdrawal of all materials/products that violate or misuse the BIOCert logo and the ORGANIK Indonesia mark.
If the violation or misuse is committed by a BIOCert-certified operator, BIOCert will suspend or withdraw the operator's organic certificate. BIOCert may also revoke the operator's organic certificate as a further action in this case.
If the operator does not respond within 30 days of the letter being sent and/or the clarification provided by the operator fails to resolve the case, BIOCert will take action by reporting the case to the appropriate authorities. BIOCert will also publish the violation case publicly.
