Appeal

If the operator disagrees with the certification decision, they can submit a written appeal to BIOCert using the appeal form. The appeal must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the certification decision notification.

If the appeal is inadequate or incomplete, BIOCert may reject the appeal and inform the applicant accordingly.

The appeal form can be sent via email to biocert@biocert.co.id.

BIOCert will process the appeal in a timely manner and provide a response and follow-up within 30 working days.
