If you wish to submit a complaint or grievance related to BIOCert’s certification programs and services, you can download and complete the complaint form. The completed form can be sent to BIOCert via email at biocert@biocert.co.id.

BIOCert will respond to submitted complaints within a maximum of 7 working days.
