BIOCert Provides Organic Certification Services Based on EU Organic Standards for Exports to EU Countries (European Union)
For exporting organic products to European Union [EU] countries, farms, producer groups, processors, traders and exporters must comply against EU regulations i.e. EC N° 834/2007 and EC N° 889/2008 and certified as organic by an EU recognized organic certification bodies.
BIOCert as EU recognized organic certification body issues BIOCert Organic Agriculture Standard [BOAS] as interpretation of EC No 834/2007 and EC No 889/2008 basing on the local context in Indonesia. The BOAS also refers to organic standard and regulation in Indonesia [SNI 6729:2016, Permentan No. 64/2013 dan Perka BPOM No.1/2017] so that it can help you to implement the regulations and apply organic certification for EU and Indonesia at once.
Farms, producer groups, processors, traders and exporters met the BOAS and certified by BIOCert can use European Organic and ORGANIK Indonesia seals on their organic product packaging and other promotion materials so that the products can be sold to Europe and Indonesia.
Scope :
After getting organic certificate, BIOCert does on-site inspection once a year or more based on risk assessment of organic production chains and documentations.
